The Baseball and Softball Academy is designed to provide young baseball and softball players with the tools they need to take their game to the next level. Our expert coaches develop structured strength and conditioning programs that complement the athletes sport season. Our sessions are centered around mobility, flexibility, rotational power, speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and arm care.
We utilize Trainheroic for athletes to record each sessions data. With TrainHeroic, athletes can track their progress, monitor their performance, and access the program remotely.

The All Sports Academy is designed to provide athletes of all sports with speed and strength training needed to excel their performance and prevent injury. Our expert coaches develop structured strength and conditioning programs centered around mobility, flexibility, rotational power, speed, agility, strength, and conditioning.
We utilize a training app called Trainheroic, which is a popular online platform used by athletes and coaches to enhance their training experience. The platform provides users with access to our training program, a wide range of exercises, as well as real-time coaching feedback and support. Additionally, TrainHeroic offers a variety of tools to help athletes track their progress and monitor their performance.

Beach Fitness & Performance's Volleyball Academy offers specialized training to enhance jumping ability, lateral explosiveness, and prevent knee and ankle injuries. Our experienced coaches utilize a variety of functional movements and evidence-based strength training to help volleyball players of all levels improve their performance on the court. Our programs are designed to address specific areas of volleyball athleticism, including jumping technique, agility, and injury prevention. With state-of-the-art equipment and a focus on functional training, our Volleyball Academy provides a dynamic and effective training environment for athletes looking to take their game to the next level.

We start off our assessments with the functional movement screen. This 7 exercise screen tests athletes stability, mobility, and flexibility through a broad spectrum of movements. Knowing this data allows us to identify and educate our athletes on areas of potential injury risk.
Utilizing the Dashr lasertimer, we assess each athletes 10yd sprint time. This provides baseline speed data and visual feedback on where the athlete needs to improve their running technique.
We utilize vertical and broad jumps as assessments to measure an athlete's lower body power and explosiveness which translates to speed, acceleration, jumping, throwing, and hitting power. All sports require some aspect of jumping with vertical or horizontal force application.
For our rotational sports, it's imperative to know how much power we can produce rotationally. We utilize 3 different MedBall throws measuring mph with our radar guns to see where athletes are proficient or lagging with rotational power development.
