Tori graduated with BS in exercise science from ODU. From there she obtained her CSCS. While at ODU, Tori worked with their baseball, women’s tennis, and volleyball programs.
Tori found joy in working with gen -pop and switched gears a little to make them her focus. Her style is more functional/ preventative based. Tori believes it’s important to teach the fundamentals to her athletes and clients so that they are able to progress and no longer need her. She enjoys incorporating different places of movements and teaching people how to increase their mobility in each session. After each session, she aims for her clients to feel confident and good about learning the process around the Whys and Hows of resistance training.
