Coach Chase Kyriacou has been training Hampton Roads athletes for the last 12 years. He has a passion for helping youth athletes develop the tools they need to be successful on the court and field.
He was a Health & Physical Education teacher and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Salem High School from 2015 to 2022. During his time at Salem he taught weight training classes and oversaw programming for the baseball team, football team, and girls/boys basketball teams.
Chase received a degree in Exercise Science from Norfolk State University and his Master’s in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Emporia State University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Driveline Foundations of Pitching Certified, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, and is a competitive Olympic weightlifter for East Coast Gold Weightlifting.
