We can work with your team onsite at Beach Fitness & Performance, we can travel to you at your facility, or we can handle the programming and communication remotely allowing you to coach your athletes through workouts. We use the 10yd dash as a part of our assessments for sports performance to determine an athlete's starting speed, which is a crucial component for speed.
We utilize vertical and broad jumps as assessments to measure an athlete's lower body power and explosiveness which translates to speed, acceleration, jumping, throwing, and hitting power.
We use rotational medicine ball throws to develop and assess rotational power and explosiveness, which is crucial for sports like baseball, softball, volleyball, and golf. At Beach Fitness and Performance, we utilize 3 different MedBall throws measuring mph with our radar guns to see where athletes are proficient or lagging with rotational power.
