We can work  with your team onsite at Beach Fitness & Performance, travel  to you at your facility, or handle the  programming and communication remotely allowing you to coach your athletes through workouts. We  understand each team's situation is unique, which is why we we offer various options.

At  BFP, we utilize pre and post assessments for tracking progress in sports performance training. We choose assessments that are important  for injury prevention and improvement in that specific sport. These  assessments allow our coaches to identify the athlete's strengths and  weaknesses, as well as any areas that may need improvement. By using the  data, our coaches can create a sound training program that is specific  to a teams needs and demands of their sport.

Beach Fitness and Performance has  proven success year after year.  Our teams have competed at the highest levels after training with us.  

We trained the 2023, 2024, & 2025 VHSL-5 Baseball Champions.
