Our Athlete Strength & Speed Academy is designed to provide athletes with the training needed to improve their sport performance and prevent injury. We provide coach-led class centered around mobility, rotational power, speed, agility, strength, and conditioning.

If you are registering in person we will schedule it at registration. If you register online, email us at contact@beachfp.com to schedule.
No need to pre-reserve your class spot. We'll get you signed in upon arrival.
We aim to retest metrics periodically in our classes. If you are interested in more, you can reserve one of our assessment class times and/or email us to schedule your own re-assessment time.
