Ian Barrett, MA

Ian  Barrett grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he developed a lifelong passion for baseball and athletic performance. He attended  First Colonial High School, earning Second Team All-State honors as a pitcher during his senior year. After high school, he continued his baseball career at Bryant & Stratton College in Virginia Beach,  competing for two seasons before transferring to Division I Fairleigh  Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey.

At Fairleigh Dickinson, Ian pitched in over 60 games and logged more than 110 innings across four seasons. A trusted leader on and off the field, he was named team captain in his final year. During his time at FDU, he earned both a  Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business, all while dedicating himself  to training and developing other athletes, particularly in pitching mechanics and strength development.

With a strong foundation in competitive athletics and a deep understanding of performance training,  Ian is committed to helping athletes unlock their full potential both  physically and mentally.
